1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph165 ("ph165," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph165 online gaming platform available at ph165.net and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph165, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ph165, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph165 or PAGCOR;
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ph165 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform partners;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation.

ph165 uses third-party identity verification services to confirm player eligibility. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of account balances.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on ph165. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. ph165 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph165 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ph165 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. ph165 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.3 Verification

ph165 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including during registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon review. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph165 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ph165 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. ph165 does not accept deposits made in cash or through anonymous payment systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph165 processes GCash withdrawals within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ph165 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has not met bonus wagering requirements or if there is an active investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph165 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph165 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses have defined validity periods, after which unused bonus funds expire and are forfeited;
• Certain game categories — including live table games and some jackpot slots — may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified;
• ph165 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph165 platform operate according to their individual published rules. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game. In cases of discrepancy between in-game display rules and the platform's published rules, the platform's published rules shall prevail.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on ph165 utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time with human dealers and are not pre-recorded. ph165 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph165 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Winnings that result from bets exceeding published maximum limits may be voided and adjusted to the applicable maximum payout.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game session, ph165 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable bet to the player's account. ph165 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph165 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or assumed identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to ph165 support immediately;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph165 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph165 platform — including but not limited to the ph165 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio — is the exclusive property of ph165 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from ph165 is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

ph165 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph165 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.

ph165's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph165 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. ph165 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph165 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that while online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, it can pose risks for some individuals. In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and our own ethical obligations, ph165 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard;
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic reminders after pre-set session durations;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;

You may voluntarily close your ph165 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending withdrawals and satisfaction of outstanding bonus wagering requirements, if applicable.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the ph165 platform shall first be submitted to ph165's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, contact ph165 customer support via live chat or email, providing full details of your complaint. ph165 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

Players agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. Class action or collective proceedings against ph165 are expressly waived to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

14. Amendments

ph165 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting to the ph165.net website. Where changes are material, ph165 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or platform notification prior to the effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
